Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1 can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
cinnamon
Preparation

Put quarter of apple in each roll. Gently pull dough over apple quarter. Crimp edges so there are no holes. Place in Corning Ware dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bring sugar, water and margarine to boil. Pour over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
