Crunchy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Place butter in a 2-quart glass baking dish. Microwave at 70% power 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until melted.
    Combine salt and pepper with cornflake crumbs.
    Roll chicken in the melted butter, then in the seasoned crumbs.
    Place the chicken pieces, skin side up with the thick edges toward the outside of the dish. Microwave, uncovered, 6 to 7 minutes per pound.
    Turn the dish halfway through the cooking time.
    Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
