Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 sweetened apples (sliced)
    4 slices trimmed loaf bread, cut in strips
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine, softened
Preparation
    Put apple in casserole dish. Put bread strips on top of apples. Mix sugar, egg, self-rising flour and softened margarine together.
    Pour mixture on top of bread strips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown. Let it cool before serving. May top cobbler with ice cream before serving.
