Grilled Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. canola or olive oil
    2/3 c. teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 (5 oz.) fresh tuna steaks
    cherry tomatoes, leaf lettuce and lime slices (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine oil, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, ginger, garlic powder and pepper.
    Place tuna in a shallow dish.
    Add marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to 1 day.
    Grill tuna over medium hot coals about 5 minutes on each side.
    Serve on a bed of leaf lettuce.
    Garnish with lime slices and cherry tomatoes.
    Serves 8.
