Fried Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 c. flour
    2 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. ground garlic
Preparation
    Clean liver and
    roll in flour, salt, pepper and garlic mixture.
    In a frypan place the cooking oil and heat hot.
    Fry livers until crisp and brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
