Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 3/4 c. shredded zucchini
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2/3 c. golden raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Grease bottom only of 2 loaf pans.
    Cream margarine and brown sugar.
    Add eggs, zucchini, water and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
    Stir in nuts/raisins.
    Pour into greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 60 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
    Cool slightly before removing from pans.
