Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. each ground beef, pork and veal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. tomato soup
    2 c. crushed saltines
    1/2 tsp. garlic flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and put into a large baking dish. Make sure it is tall enough so the juice will not overflow. Spread 1/2 cup tomato soup over top of loaf.
    Cover with foil and cook in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cook last 15 minutes uncovered to brown.
