Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    1 stick butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
    Cook grits according to directions on container.
    Add butter, eggs and cheese.
    Pour into oblong 8 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serves about six. Can be made day ahead before baking.
