Low-Fat Banana Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ice
    1 banana
    1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes a great healthful treat with virtually no fat.
    Add any fruits to make different combinations.
