Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Whip egg whites while gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold in vanilla.
Stir in chips and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Put into oven and IMMEDIATELY TURN OFF OVEN.
Leave overnight or at least 8 hours in turned off oven.
Do not open oven door during this time.
