Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Grease 6 Pyrex muffin cups; place them on a cookie sheet and preheat them for 10 to 15 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour the batter in the heated cups.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Do not open oven during baking as it causes shrinkage.
