Flat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
6 c. flour
1 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
Stir in 5 cups of flour, then stir in the rest, little by little, adding only enough to make a dough.
Turn out on floured board and knead until dough is smooth and elastic and doesn't stick to your hands.
Pat into a ball.
Pour 1/2 teaspoon of oil into palm of your hand and roll dough ball around until it is coated.
Put in bowl; cover with towel and let rise until doubled, 30 to 40 minutes.
Punch down and divide into two portions.
With your hands, flatten out each portion to a plate-size round.
Brush rest of oil on top of rounds.
Sprinkle one with sesame seed and the other with Italian seasoning.
Put on baking sheets; cover with bowls and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden on top.
