Candied Carrots And Grapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter (oleo)
1/3 c. honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. green grapes, halved
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. cooked or canned carrots, sliced
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in cornstarch.
Add honey, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Add glaze to sliced carrots and grapes.
Stir to mix.
