Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. brisket, chuck or pork butt
    4 medium onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. Worcestershire
    4 c. water
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, saute onions and garlic until golden.
    Add brown sugar and cook until caramelized.
    Add other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add meat.
    Bake, covered, for 5 or 6 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Uncover last half hour.
    Remove from oven and shred meat with 2 forks and return to sauce.
    Can be frozen.
