Broccoli Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut up
    2 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, cook bacon and garlic until bacon is crisp.
    Add vinegar; heat. Brown bread crumbs in butter.
    Pour sauce over hot broccoli and sprinkle with crumbs.
    Makes 3 servings.
