Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Ortega chilies
1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick coating.
Spread chilies in bottom of dish.
Cover chilies with cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients in blender until well blended. Pour mixture over chilies and cheese.
Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 6 to 8.
Also good cold, cut into 1-inch squares for hors d'oeuvres.
