Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. chicken broth
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    paprika
    2 c. potatoes
    1 c. onions
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dice vegetables.
    Cover with chicken stock.
    Add seasonings. Simmer until vegetables are soft.
    Spoon vegetables into a blender and puree.
    Return to chicken broth; add 1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted.
    Stir until smooth.
    Adjust seasonings to taste; bring to boil.
    Sprinkle each serving with a little shredded Cheddar cheese and paprika.
    Serves 6 to 8.
