Liverwurst Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans liver spread
    1/2 c. chopped gherkins
    2 tsp. spicy mustard
    7 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1 loaf unsliced bread
    2 gherkins, sliced to make 9 long strips
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine liver spread, chopped pickle, mustard and margarine. Trim crust from bread.
    Cut into 9 long slices; spread with oleo and 2 tablespoons mixture.
    Place gherkin strip across narrow end of each slice and roll up like jelly roll.
    Wrap tightly in damp linen towel.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Slice each strip into 8 pieces.
