Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, sliced, cooked and mashed
    2 whole eggs, beaten
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 c. grated American cheese (coarse grated)
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake in greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and add bread crumbs and slivered pecans.
    Return to oven for 15 minutes more to brown crumbs. Serve at once from the oven.
