Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. creamed corn
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 or 3 chopped onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown!
