Marla'S Butter Pecan Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches small carrots
    1 oz. pure maple syrup
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel carrots and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Boil until tender (20 minutes).
    Remove from heat, drain and add butter. Stir to coat all carrots.
    Add maple syrup and put mixture in a baking dish.
    Add pecans and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir to coat.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
