*Minute-Boil Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. chocolate, finely cut
1 1/2 c. sugar
7 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. Spry
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place chocolate, sugar, milk, Spry, butter, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan.
Bring slowly to a full, rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil briskly for 1 minute.
(On a rainy day or very humid day, boil mixture for 30 seconds more.)
Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
