Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening (not butter, oil or margarine)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Chill 1/2 hour, then roll out and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
