Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Add 1 large onion thinly sliced.
    Cook carrots not too soft; drain.
    Marinate overnight.
    Can be served cold but best when hot.
