Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    1 small can tiny shrimp, washed and drained
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 spring onions, sliced thin
    1/4 green pepper, sliced thin
    4 c. shredded cabbage (very thin)
    1/3 c. cooking sherry
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat through until thick.
    Add pepper and garlic salt to taste.
    Cool completely before wrapping mixture in egg roll skins and seal rolls with egg yolk.
    Deep-fry in wok.
