Molded Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. grated onion
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. finely chopped cabbage
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    finely chopped carrots, if desired
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water; add cold water, vinegar, onion and pepper.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Combine vegetables and fold into gelatin mixture.
    Chill until firm.
    To fill a 9 x 13 dish, double this recipe.
