Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. rind
Preparation
-
Mix the first 3 ingredients like pie crust.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
