Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayo
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 stick butter
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except last 3.
In a separate pan, melt butter.
Add corn flakes and almonds.
Spoon over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
