Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peas
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sliced carrots
1 small diced onion
4 oz. cooked lean stew beef
3 c. low-fat beef gravy
3 c. dry potato flakes
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
1 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Parmesan
paprika
Preparation

Boil vegetables in 1/2 cup water until tender.
Drain and add beef and gravy.
Pour into casserole dish.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
Beat flakes, sour cream and milk.
Fold in egg whites.
Spread over beef mixture.
Sprinkle cheese and paprika over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
