Fruity Spring Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 coarsely broken vanilla icebox cookies (Nilla Wafer works great)
    2 Tbsp. orange juice or orange liqueur
    3 c. seasonal fruit (berries, kiwi, your choice)
    2 (4-serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    6 sq. white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
    8 oz. whipped topping, thawed and divided
Preparation
    Break cookies coarsely into 2 1/2-quart clear glass serving bowl.
    Sprinkle with orange juice.
    Top with layers of sliced fruit.
    Prepare pudding with 3 cups of milk.
    Refrigerate until pudding begins to thicken.
    Add chocolate; stir with wire whisk. Gently stir in whipped topping.
    Spoon over fruit; top with remaining whipped topping.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
