Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. (2 lb.) hash brown potatoes
    1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    2 (4 oz. each) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle)
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12 to 16.
