Homemade White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 c. flour (about)
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar for 5 minutes in one bowl.
    Put scalded milk, sugar and salt in another bowl and cool; add 4 cups flour.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add yeast mixture to this.
    Add more flour to form dough.
    Cover with towel; let rise.
    When it doubles, punch down.
    Let rise again.
    Separate into pans; let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
