Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
Preparation
    Sift flour with salt, baking powder, soda, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat sugar with butter until blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating.
    Mix well after each egg.
    Continue to beat mix until light and fluffy.
    Beat in pumpkin with mixer at low speed; gradually add flour mixture until well blended.
    Divide batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Turn onto wire rack to cool completely.
    Makes 2 loaves.
