Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Cointreau
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. orange zest
1 tsp. fresh snipped parsley
salt and pepper
1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen carrots
Preparation

Steam or microwave carrots until tender.
In a small pan, heat butter, honey, Cointreau, orange zest and parsley.
Heat until blended.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange carrots on serving dish.
Pour warm sauce over carrots.
Serve at once.
