Stouthearted Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Trappey's navy beans with jalapenos
3/4 c. 1015 sweet onion
1/4 c. pickled jalapeno pepper
3 Tbsp. olive oil (Bertolli)
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Drain Trappey's beans; coarsely chop onion and jalapeno peppers.
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Alter olive oil and vinegar to taste.
