Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. cranberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Grind the cranberries and let stand overnight.
Add sugar. Before serving, add celery, marshmallows and pecans and mix.
Fold in the whipping cream and serve.
