Sugar And Spice Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon (few dashes)
Preparation
    Boil
    all
    ingredients\t(except
    pecans) to a soft ball stage (230\u00b0).
    Let
    cool\ta few minutes and stir until mixture begins to look
    creamy, then add pecan halves.
    Mix well with wooden spoon. When
    hard,
    turn\tout on an oiled sheet or wax paper and break apart.
