Sour Cream Coconut Frosting Filling For Layers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
2 pkg. frozen or fresh coconut

Preparation

Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut. Let stand while making layers.
Put between cake layers and refrigerate or mix together overnight. Put between layers next day.
