Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut thin and into strips
    1/2 c. onions
    6 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Brown steak, salt and pepper, then add onions and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add broth and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender. Blend sour cream and 2 tablespoons flour together. Stir in broth. Cook and stir constantly until thickened and serve over rice or noodles.
