Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pastry shell
1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, finely chopped
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. light cream
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet; drain.
Cut into small pieces.
Add onion to skillet and cook until soft.
Combine onion with sausage and sprinkle over bottom of pastry shell.
Sprinkle on cheese. Combine egg, salt, light cream and milk.
Beat slightly.
Pour over ingredients in pastry shell.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
