Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 to 1 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
Preparation
    Saute the sausage and mushroom stems, garlic and parsley. Drain well.
    Add cheese.
    Stuff the mushroom caps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
