Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella
    1 egg
    1 eggplant
    olive oil
    Italian bread crumbs
    ground meat, browned and mixed with tomato sauce
    dash of basil
    dash of oregano
    mushrooms (optional)
    onion to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant very thin.
    Dip in egg and Italian bread crumbs.
    Fry in olive oil and drain.
    Make a sauce with tomato sauce, Romano cheese, salt and pepper, basil, oregano, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese and mushrooms.
    In casserole dish, alternate sauce, eggplant, and Mozzarella cheese (like a lasagna). Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
