Spiced Pecan Halves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecan halves (3 to 4 c.)
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat
egg white and cold water until frothy.
Add pecan halves and
stir to coat evenly.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Add coated nuts and stir to coat thoroughly with sugar
mixture.
Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
