Sensational Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (5 oz.) flounder
1 medium tomato, sliced
2 scallions (green onions)
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. diet margarine
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place fish in nonstick baking pan; divide remaining ingredients equally on top of each fillet.
Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, about 15 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
