Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Thoroughly cream butters, sugars, egg and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Crisscross with fork tines. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool slightly.
