Coconut Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut flakes
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and butter together, then stir in remaining ingredients.
    Wrap in waxed paper and chill.
    to bake, slice in 1/4 inch slices and put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes.
