Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Finely grate cheese.
    Mix with oleo, flour and pepper.
    Place small balls (about size of a quarter) on ungreased cookie sheet. Pat flat with back of fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pan while still hot.
