Spicy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mild flavored honey
    1 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large head cabbage, finely chopped (about 4 c.)
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in small pan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour the cooled mixture over the prepared vegetables and toss lightly.
    Cover and chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
