Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 can celery soup
1/2 can water
1 or 2 Tbsp. dill pickles
Preparation

Mix beef, onion, egg, parsley and crumbs.
Form into balls and brown.
Pour off drippings.
Stir in soup, water and pickles. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Delicious with any meal.
