German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1 can coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
Preparation

Spray pan with Pam.
Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts in bottom of pan.
Mix together cake mix.
Spread over coconut and nuts.
Mix together confectioners sugar, melted butter and softened cream cheese.
Spread over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
